LRL Counselling and Consulting

LRL Counselling and Consulting was founded in December 2023 by Leticha Lucas. Our practice was built from a desire to make mental health care more inclusive especially for BIPOC individuals seeking representation and support.

We offer more than just counselling. This is a space where clients are truly seen, heard, and supported in their growth. Grounded in professional expertise and genuine warmth, our trauma-informed approach honours each person’s story and cultural background.

Whether you are navigating personal challenges or seeking tools for professional wellness, we’re here to explore that journey with you at your pace, in your way.
