Starting January 1, 2026, our counselling session fees will be updated as follows:

• Individual Counselling: $175 / 60 minutes

• Family Counselling: $225 / 75 minutes

• Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART): $250 / 90 minutes

We encourage you to review your private health insurance plan to confirm coverage for Registered Counselling Therapists (RCTs).
